SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are a made to Order company. Estimated time of dispatch is 7- 10 working days unless mentioned otherwise. In case of more than one product order, the timeline of dispatch for the product with "longest dispatch deadline" will apply, so as we are able to ship everything together. In case the order is for more than Rs 1,00,000 in Value, then we will have to review the order and comeback to you with an appropriate timeline.

Who will deliver my order?

Please note that all mentioned Timelines are the Dispatch timelines from our factory and the transportation of your product will happen via third party vendors like Shiprocket, Bluedart, Gati KWE, Delhivery, DTDC, SafeEx or equivalent logistics company. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. The customer will have to pay extra after the 3rd delivery attempt.

Frontier will not be responsible for any delay caused by the Logistics company. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
